20+ Year hospitality sales professional, with strong interpersonal skills and dedicated to high touch customer service. Her career has led her across multiple brands. Service skills sharpened with Marriott, IHG, HIlton, an Independant Brand, and most recently Hyatt Hotels. Like most Niki enjoys traveling and learning about destinations near and far.
